Abstract :

Government is required to always adapt it to the environment. The adjustment is an attempt to respond toglobal developments. The development will involve the internal and external environment. Internal changes includethe complexity of the workload of public organizations. External factors requires public organizations to be moreflexible in governance. This article is discuss the governance network is a collaboration of the public sector. Theapproach used in the writing of this article is literature. Reform and revitalization of the roles of public organizationsis done internally to improve the professionalism of the organization. Metamorphosis public organizations inresponding to internal and external demands was manifested in the form of reform, revitalization and creation ofnetworking administration. Network government is part of a new paradigm of public governance which seeks tooptimize the roles of government in the implementation of public policy and public service. The conclusion of thisarticle the collaboration between government, civil society, and the private sector is a step-by-step optimization of therole of government in the implementation of public policy and public service. Collaborative governance system ofgovernment is a step in the 21st century. Involvement of all stakeholders among government, civil society, and theprivate sector within the framework of governance and democracy spawned egalitariansime governancemengedepakan society interests.
