Abstract :

The border region has a very strategic to an Indonesian sovereignty. Portas has the same meaning important tothe sea border. Each region has a land border specific characteristics in terms of the Land. This condition requiresattention and special handling is also of the Government, including the National Land Agency has the task ofcarrying out government duties in the land sector in national, regional and sectoral. Instruments Ownership,Usage, Waste, Land Tenure (P4T) is the foundation like the National Land Agency to implement strategicprograms in the land borders of the country. Efforts have been constrained spatial, forest boundaries and nationalborders unresolved. Land in the border structuring issues require coordination among government agencies inorder to create policies that impact problem solving for the limitations of the local community. The case studymethod to explain the problems at the end of the state border.
