Abstract :

The central focus of this paper is an analysis of the weakness of the curent problems Organizations that work on perfomance. The main focus of research papers based on the performance of the Government Public Relations Department Bojonegoro, and two main factors are the challenges in achieving good performance on the part of PR is linked to aging employees and the leadership of the head of Public Relations itself. The results of this study showed that the age and style of leadership directly influence the performance of public relations practitioners, The analytical method used is based psychosocial stream mapping analysis, questionnaire and interview. Based on the results of the research found that both age levels and types of leadership have provided a significant positive effect on performance variables Bojonegoro Government Public Relations Department. It is shown by the test results of the research. Based on the first hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant relationship between the variables age levels, and the types of leadership on nurse performance variables proven true. Thus the second hypothesis is that the variable levels of age has the most dominant influence on the performance variables of Public Relations not truth
