Abstract :

The aim of this research was to know the potential of commercial concentrate feed than waste tofu feedstuff to production milk fat. The research was conducted on eight cross breed Frisian Holstein cows, 3-10 years of age with 400 kg body weight. Four cows were in the second to third lactation and the rest were in the fourth to fifth lactation. The experimental design study was completely randomized design with two factors and two repeatitions. First factor were tofu waste and commercial concentrate feed while the second factor were the second to third lactation and the fourth to fifth lactation. The Data was analysed using Analysis of Variant (Anava), followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test to determine the different of factors. The software that used to analyze the data is Windows Statistical Program from Social Science (SPSS) 18. The result showed that milk fat in the afternoon production showed that tofu waste with the fourth to fifth lactation had the highest percentage, while the commercial concentrate feed with the second to third lactation was the lowest.
