Abstract :
Organization is a bundling of people who shared their vision in achieving a goal. Managing an organization isattempting to manage those people efficiently to achieve the organization goal. For many years, employee just seenas people who work to paid not as people whom work with. This paradigm shifting to new paradigma which tend tomake employee as the organization investment. Employee is human who not only technically work but also emotionallyengaged to other human in organization. Many practitioners proved that today employee is not only tools but its morethan real organization key to be successful.
