Abstract :

The research was conducted to 35 medical dentist in FKG UNMAS dental hospital, in order toget are commendation performance improvement through increased job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data analysis was performed on the descriptive research on the characteristics, job satisfaction, OCB and performance and conduct cross tabulation  on the job satisfaction and OCB, OCB and performance test while the influence of using  simple and multiple linear regression. The results indicate a significant influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. According to the data descriptive note that the respondent sex pressed dissatisfaction with therewards and satisfaction punisment, incentive systems, work environment and  quality of supervision, while the  assessment of both  OCB  and good performance. Intesting the effect  there is a significant negative influence job satisfaction and organizational citizen ship  behavior  with the  environment. There  are positive  and  significant  influence between the  performance appraisal observations. There are negative and significant  relationship  between the sexes on the performance assessment of the customer.
