Abstract :

educational background, perception, attitude, learning values toward discipline employess of RSU Bhakti RahayuDenpasar. This analytic observational study was conducted by survey research methods. The istrument was questionnaireinterviewing to 96 employees. The results showed that: 1) individual factors, especially the educational background hassignificant effect on employee discipline Bhakti Rahayu Hospital Denpasar, 2) organizational factors, respect has significanteffect on employee discipline Bhakti Rahayu Hospital Denpasar. Recommendations regarding the discipline given toindividual factors, namely educational background and organizational factors, awards. Suggestions for the managementand the entire staff at RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar are to pay more attention to educational background in conductingrecruitment and placement of employees and the factors that influence it, which is subordinate and situation as well asgive to reward accordance with the performance of RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar employees situation as well as giveto reward accordance with the performance of RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar employees
