Abstract :
ABSTRACT Pencak silat is an Indonesian martial arts Nation which is a heritage. Cultural diversity that exists in Indonesia also provide color in the form of variations identity of pencak silat college. Identifying characteristics owned a pencak silat college is understood and interpreted together by the pesilat (fighters), as well as occurring in Perguruan Pencak Organisasi. An identity college pencak silat considered important by the figters. Therefore, the fighters in a college trying to run and keeping the identities attached so is accurring at Perguruan Pencak Organisasi. Research are focus in Perguruan Pencak Organisasi at Sidoarjo, East Java is trying to uncover the identity of the constructed forms of existing fighters in Perguruan Pencak Organisasi. In addition, socialization processes related in Perguruan Pencak Organisasi the constructed identity to the corresponding translated fighters of finding existing data. This research, in the process of writing methods used with a method of research qualitative. In collecting data primary uses method indepth the interview against the informant who has been determined beforehand and methods of observation. In addition, researchers collect data in the form of reading text that is then etched in the bibliography. The results obtained in this study, the identity of The constructed forms of existing fighters in Perguruan Pencak Organisasi by the term membership status and membership levels based on belt color. Of both of these will affect the rights and obligations of a fighter. The constructed identity-related socialization Perguruan Pencak Organisasi is done through several processes. Through the event of education and training (Diklat), is one way the college identity construction investment to new members. Based on the findings of the existing data, it can be concluded that the fighter The constructed identity of Perguruan Pencak Organisasi generally seen from the level of the color belt owned. Of tiers membership based on the color of a belt will affect term and the status of membership a fighters (pesilat). The proccedings to socialize with the construction of the identity of the member college, impanted since a member of the first joined first joined the provision of materials commonly associated with Perguruan Pencak Organisasi. Senior roles, coaches, and warriors (pendekar) become very important in the construction of identity planting universities to new members.
