Abstract :
Screening of fibrinolytic activity of tempeh extract derived from Rhizopus oligosporus ATCC 6010 fermentation has been investigated. The fermentation used Glycine Soja Sieb. et Zucc, Canavalia ensiformis, Phaseolus radiaus L., Lablab purpureus, Glysine max (L) Merrill, Glycine Soja Sieb. et Zucc, and Vigna unguiculata as substrates. Nattokinase and phosphate buffer 0,05 M pH 5,0 was used as positive and negative control respectively. The proteolytic and fibrinolytic activity of fermentation product used five kinds of legumes has been compared each other. The Glycine Soja Sieb. et Zucc exhibited the highest activity with proteolytic and fibrinolytic index of the crude enzyme is 3.00 ± 1.58 and 3,07 ± 0,15 respectively. Ratio of the proteolytic and fibrinolytic index between the crude enzyme and nattokinase is 112,36 % and 88,14% respectively.
