Esthetic rehabilitation on complex carries and crowded anterior teeth

      Abstract :

      Esthetic factors as a main reason in dentistry restoration, is certainly found in women. They hope that the esthetic restoration of the dentistry is so good-looked and natural that it can psychologically increase their pride. This case is regarding at a 28 year old woman with a protrusion and crowded of anterior teeth and also more calculus and carries in almost teeth. It maked her less confident. The anterior teeth with palatoversi position is treated by vital pilpectomy, the necrotic teeth are overcome by endointacanal and the crowded teeth are put to the normal position. The last step is capping the anterior teeth with Jacket Porcelain Crown Fused to Metal. The improvement of the teeth and esthetic profile are shown in a sequential picture.
