Author :

      Abstract :

Refractory periodontitis associated with in adequate diagnosis and therapy for periodontitis. Besides refractory periodontitis associated with defects in the peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leucocyte (PMNL) function, phagocytosis and chematoxis, it may also be associated with possible defects in the immuno response of the body. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the value of immunoglobuline which can express immunosurveilance, especially associated with refractory periodontitis. Most of the immunoglobuline show an abnormal value from the standard value (higher), that mean that there is a pathologic condition in response to the immune reponse besides PMNL phagocytosis and chematoxis defects in refractory periodontitis.
