Abstract :
Generally a researcher wants to include the most particular part of her or his paper in a scientific or professional journal, where reduction number of pages of the original paper has been recommended. Their writing style they like also almost ignored, make her/his paper not suitable to be published in the journal. This literature analysis showed problems concerning the information and preparation of scientific papers text to be published for journal. The scopes of this analysis mainly want to pay the attention to the writing criterion that demanded by the journal editors and how a researcher should manage it. Several suggestion points of experts in scientific writing were compiled to give the idea how to manage the preparation problems in transforming the writing such as: 1. The words and terms arranged in the writing should in a style specifically not for common reading. 2. The sentences that make the paragraphs, should arrange in a writing that the reader will have only one perception. The context has no misunder standing, no doubtfulness, and easy to scan. 3. The language rearrangement is proposed to make the reading easy to understand. That includes: diction or words preference in the sentence, the style and the length of the sentence, the unity and relationship within and inters the paragraph. 4. The text with highest meaning grasped will contain effective sentences, view number of words as well as the correct using of plurals. 5. The editors duty is not helping the rearrangement of the writing in the first, but only to prepare and makes the text better for the article to be published in the journal later. In conclusion, the better the writing paper transformation, will make the article much easier to understand, to be remembered and likable by the subscribers.
