Abstract :
Oral Candida albicans is a species most commonly involved in the local and oropharynx infection. It may extent to the sistemic organs that might lead to death, so it is necessary to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans. One way (to do it) was to uses fresh extract of Alpinia galanga finger, rura variety. A laboratory experiment study with factorial design was used in this study. Diluted extract concentration of 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% was made.
