Abstract :
Changes of facial skeletal proportions resulting from bimaxillary surgeries of skeletal Class III malocclusion were evaluated in two different cases. The measurements were evaluated individually on pre-and post-operative cephalometric radiographs. The variables were measured using Ricketts’, Delaires’, Legans’, Downs’ and Steiners’ analysis on the cephalometric reference planes. The results demonstrated that the surgical intervention changed both skeletal and soft tissue to a good harmony. The facial photographs of pre-and post-surgical results are also presented in this case report.
