Abstract :

Many researches supported Endodontics improvement and based on these researches, a new paradigm comes as a result. The new paradigm can be used to support the continuous improvement of this scientology and increase the professionalism of dental conservative treatment . The new paradigm covers diagnosis, treatment plan and endodontic treatment. Handling the dental treatment, it should be considered as an object that needs serious care and its good condition maintained. In diagnosis pulp diseases, it is not corect to use the term of hyperemia of the pulp, instead of reversible pulpitis. In root canal treatment, the most important things are cleanning, shaping, dan filling the root canal.
