Abstract :
The patients coming to Puskesmas for total treatment need to pay repeated visits. The success of the treatment can be achieved when it is supported by the compliance of the patients to receive full treatment. To do this, a dentist needs to give them instruction and education. Therapeutic communication is a process of delivering messages or advices to enhance healing processes. Through therapeutic communication, patients are expected to be able to solve their problems, to arouse their confidence that their tooth diseases can be cured when they undergo full treatment.
