Abstract :

This  paper  aimed  to  explain  the  measurement  of  theory  of  planned  behavior .  The  measurement consisted in many factors: intention, attitude, subjective norm, normative belief, control belief and perceived  behavior  control.  In  every  factor  we  suggested  highly  recommended  items  that  could  use  in scale  construction.  Behavior  measured  by  target,  action,  context  and  time  approach
