Abstract :

This research was done to make a frequency controlling system of motor rotationwhich is being used for foot muscle disruption sufferer phisiotheraphy. The controllingsystem which is maked, expectally could keep the frequency stability of motor rotation. Theused method to keep the setting frequency stability of rotation was by set the motor PWM.This PWM setting process was done by using PID control which data is got from the rotationsensor used for feedback. The used rotation frequency sensor was consist of opto-coupler androtary encoder. Based on data and analysis that have been done, conclude that optimal PIDconstants for this design are Kp=0,043, Ki=1,200 and Kd=0,005. The used system had errorpercentage is less than 7,5%. In this research, increasing the weight mass caused increasingthe PWM average percentage and error average value of rotation frequency. As well asincreasing response time towards the increasing weight mass for each setting frequency
