Abstract :
Abstract. The purpose of this study was to know interaction between dose of biofertilizer and type of growing media on growth and productivity of cabbage (Brassica oleracea). This study used biofertilizer consisted of Azotobacter, Azospirillum, Rhizobium sp., Bacillus megaterium, Pseudomonas fluoresense, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus plantarum, and Cellulomonas. this study used the Completely Randomized Design consisted of 10 treatments. The treatments are M1D0- (soil), M1D0+ (soil and NPK), M1D5 (soil and 5 mL biofertilizer), M1D10 (soil and 10 mL biofertilizer), M1D15 (soil and 15 mL biofertilizer), M2D0- (mixture of soil and compost), M2D0+ (mixture of soil and compost and NPK), M2D5 (mixture of soil and compost and 5 mL biofertilizer), M2D10 (mixture of soil and compost and 10 mL biofertilizer), M2D15 (mixture of soil and compost and 15 mL biofertilizer). Mixture medium consisted of soil and compost 1:1 (w:w). Each treatment used 3 replication. Data were analyzed by One Way ANOVA followed by Least Significant Difference and Kruskal-Wallis followed by Mann-Whitney Test height of plant, number of leaves, and diameter of crop. The highest result on heigt of plant showed on M2D0- number of leaves showed on M2D0-, M1D0+, M1D5, and M1D15 . But interaction biofertilizer and type of growing wet weight of crop.Keyword: biofertilizer, growing media, cabbage (Brassica oleracea)
