Abstract :

Quality of service is good or bad condition grain levels provided by the company services in order to satisfy the users. The school library is one important source of learning in the educational process. In addition to learning activities as supporting the library also holds a very important role in promoting the achievement of the goals of education in schools. Quality of service will be seen in this study is the quality of service in the school library for children with special needs in inclusive schools which is a school that combines normal children and children with special needs to learn together. In this study, using a 3-dimensional LibQual that Affect of Service, Information Control and Library as Place. This research was conducted at SMPN 29 Surabaya and Sidoarjo SMPN 4. This type of research is an explanatory and the method used was a questionnaire with the number of respondents 70 people. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in the quality of library services for children with special needs in SMPN 29 Surabaya with SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. The analytical method used is the Independent Sample T-Test using SPSS 22 software for Windows. From the analysis we concluded that the quality of library services for children with special needs in SMPN 29 Surabaya with SMPN 4 Sidoarjo not have differences in dimension Affect of Service, Dimensions Information Control and Dimensions Library as Place
