Pemimpin visioner dan kaderisasi kepemimpinan

Abstract :

There is no improvement and success without the support of a visionary leader and also his/her big ambition. A visionary leader can emerge in business world, educational, political, or other social organizations. The superiority of a visionary leader is his/her willingness to learn, develop “learning from people” approach, and as a metaphor, he/she is a traveler who never stops learning along the way: he/she always learns simultaneously and develops many innovative and radical ideas. There are three mechanisms developed by leader to prepare performance and development of organization: (1) how he/she reacts to crucial occurrence and critical situation in an organization, (2) how he/she develops enforcement mechanisms, and (3) how he/she prepares cadre formation process so that the existence of organization is not dependent on one charismatic leader only; while in the second line there is no cadre who is ready to supersede the position of the first leader. A visionary leader should prevent the possibility of leadership degradation
