Abstract :
Family welfare is a subjective concept, as there is a difference between individual typical objective conditions and surrounding values. Therefore, a more detail information on geographical and the local sosio-cultural conditions of poor farmer society's welfare is needed. The concept of prosperity to JAvanese society is refer to a physical condition to be reached based on things that are considered as the most valuable in their life. They are: drajat (position), prosperity and cleverness. The effort to get those physical condotion must be based on Javanese cultural values, in order to get a happiness; rahayu (health physically), slamet (safe feeling) and tenteram (secure).
