Abstract :

There is no note, which important according to researcher that populace and agricultural sector are bet and pilar live most Indonesia people. Very ironic when Indonesian national which is conceived of agricultural country but police of its state exactly contra-agrarian matter and pro-capitalist so that its people are margined and degradated socially and economically. As long as most people express their self as populace, but at the same time they don't have land, and more over their land are taken over by other party, there will always happen resistance movement, which might be getting louder , destructive and militant. That is why protest movement, resistance and resistance of populace is product resultante of policy of state.
