Abstract :

A strong coalition between powers of reformation can be developed and institutionalized in the future. However, there is an indication that authoritarian and repressive military groups will return. The author thinks that this euphoria is a transitional democratic process. There is a critical point of the conflict happens between the powers of reformation before they form effective, fair and legal government mechanism based on democratic procedures.
