Abstract :

Internet presence would bring a variety of effects in all areas of human life. The impact of bias both positive and negative. On the other side of the internet presence would bring a disparate impact for libraries engaged in the service and information. In the context of libraries, of course, the internet is very helpful for libraries to disseminate information that is available in the library. It means Internet become a partner in the dissemination of information. Therefore, the existence of the Internet is very important for the library.
