      Abstract :

      Jensen procedure were performed on paralytic esotropia or lateral rectus or n vi palsy caused by trauma was performed between September 1996 and June 1997 on four patients aged 18-49 years. Two patients were females and the rest were males. The esotropia on 2 patients were monocular whereas binocular esotropia were present in 4 patients. The operation was performed 3 months - 4 years after the accident. Two patients had one step operation and two others were operated twice. The length of the follow-up after operation was 1 to 4 months. The results on the last evaluation were excellent cosmetic appearance on all patients. Deviation was less than 10 prism diopters. There were no anterior segment ischemia complication on all 4 patients
