Abstract :

The achievement of coverage visit-4 in Wiyung Public Health Center (PHC) was still low. One factor that may played a role in the successful achievement of the target coverage visit-4 is quality management factors. Therefore, this study aimed to provide recommendations for the quality improvement of antenatal care services through the Juran Trilogy. PHC which have been selected as quality standar was Manukan Kulon PHC. This study used observational descriptive and cross sectional approach. There were 17 respondents in this study. Based on the data obtained, the implementation of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement were good. But, there were lack implementation of customer’s knowledge and customer’s expectation survey indicator, so that customer’s expectation and need couldn’t be accomplish. Then, in quality control, there was lack in implementation of customer as the evaluator of services. So that, customer satisfaction couldn’t be identified. In quality improvement, there was no team in quality improvement. Without quality improvement team, the improvement of service couldn’t be optimal implemented. At least, it is suggested for Wiyung PHC to implement customer‘s knowledge survey, customer’s expectation survey, customer’s satisfaction survey and build a quality improvement team to improve the achievement of coverage visit-4 percentage.
