Abstract :

The range of D/S score in the Public Health Center of Sidoarjo regency was not high enough. The score also can’t reach the minimum standart of Sidoarjo. The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of customer value toward the weighing of toddlers in Posyandu at the Public Health Center in Gedangan, Sidoarjo regency. The research is held with cross sectional plan. Total of 180 toddler’s mom became the sample of it. How the researcher pick the subject is taken from whole population and use multistage sampling. The influence of independent variable towards dependent one this research use the chi square analysis technique. Based on test analysis, there is a significance influence between customer value toward the weighing of Toddlers in the Posyandu on this place with the value of P(0,000) < α(0,05). It’s mean that more toddler’s mom feel the function of weighing than their sacrifice to achieve it. The effort to increase customer value of mother toddlers towards Posyandu, in contrast Posyandu should upgrading quality and quantity. The upgrade includes tool, infrastructure, and human resources so the mother toddlers feel the benefit of weighing in Posyandu more than the sacrifice they do. So, the mother toddlers feel enthusiastic of coming to weighing in Posyandu.
