Abstract :

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kadar protein terlarut dari Aeromonas hydrophila. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada Mei – Juli 2015 di Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan dan Rumah Sakit Penyakit Tropis Universitas Airlangga. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah protein hasil isolasi Aeromonas hydrphila dan berjumlah 3. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Nano Drop Spektrofotometer. Metode ini menggunakan sinar UV, penghitungan dengan absorbansi protein pada 260 nm  dan dikalkulasikan ke dalam konsentrasi (mg/ml). Hasil penghitungan menunjukkan bahwa sampel 1 : 28,61 mg/ml ; sampel 2 : 32,73  mg/ml ; sampel 3 : 34,56 mg/ml
