Abstract :
In the global age, every state has borderless with other actor in international relations. The increasing of non-state actors roled has made the new diplomacy that has using un-official ways. One of the ways is by e-diplomacy. Every local government in Indonesia has the opportunity to built their web site to promote all of the potention that has opportunity to made the cooperation with all the international actors. It has important to support the state branding. But some local government has the problem both in technical and content. Two serious problems have the human resources and the policy’s orientation to local view than international.
