Abstract :
There are fundamental questions which will be answered in this paper: How does the character of Sino-American relations affect contemporary International Politics? What can China contribute to the current global order? The findings of the study show that Nationalism and Sovereignty are among domestic factors that contribute to China Foreign Policy making. The external factors, Globalization and Regionalism, are also having significant influence on how China view the world. This finding makes the idea of China state centric world of view no longer valid to be used in analyzing contemporary China Foreign Policy Behavior and its implication for contemporary international politics. In the new global political arena after the Cold War, the domestic and external factor are interlinked and interconnected-hardly to be differentiated which one contribute as significant factors to a specific international issues. At the same time, issues of international affairs can no longer dictate by external factors.
