Perkembangan antisemitisme dalam perspektif hubungan internasional

Abstract :
Recently, antisemitism has been used to acknowledge every critique and action that showing antipathy against Jews, and Israel as the Jewish Land. However non-Jewish politicians and scholars who criticized Israel, refuse to be labeled anti-Semitic groups. Rather they prefer to call themselves anti-zionism. This different point of view becomes the background of the research qusetion “how does antisemitism develop from time to time?” and “what are antisemitism impacts on international relations?” The purpose of this paper is to understand the changing meaning of antisemitism from time to time through International Relations’ perspective. In order to explain the changing face of antisemitism, this paper will use the concept of the development of ideology and nationalism. This paper argues that there has been a counter-productive attempts in using antisemitism from its actual meaning. Israel and its supporters continually use antisemitism for their own benefits.
