Abstract :
This paper aims to explain the asymmetric relations between China and North Korea in nuclear issue in 2013. North Korea had been conducting the third nuclear test in Pyongyang, North Korea in 2013 and it generated protests from many countries. After the third nuclear test, the trade relationship from China to North Korea slowed down. But in 2014, their trade relationship raised up and reached stability as usual. This condition draws that even though Chinese and North Korea relations is asymmetric, but that relations do not disturb the strategic industry and nuclear issue in North Korea. Their relationship remains normal and the issue of ending their bilateral relations is not true. The asymmetric relations is the reason why their relations is occurred as usual.
