Abstract :
The experiment was done by using the 45 samples of carp Cyprinus carpio with the length 6-8 cm. Samples were divided into 5 group treatment and 3 replication. Of each treatment group using 9 fish. The 5 treatment are pH 5, pH 5,5 , pH 6 , pH 7 and pH 8 in rearing water. After fish were rearing in those treatment then challenged with Aeromonas hydrophila according to ID 50. The data taken from the experiment are total number bacteria in the skin, gill, kidney and rearing water at the day 2, 6 and 10 after infection. Obtained data were analyzed with Anova and Duncan Test 5 %. The results showed the pH have influence to bacterial growth, the most support the growth of bacteria are Ph 5 and 5.5.
