      Abstract :

      This research is conducted to describe trafficking in women through casual married in Kalisat, kecamatan Rembang, kabupaten Pasuruan and women position from customary law, religion law and state law. This analysis which uses gender and antropology of law approach. The result shows that in general, women who are willing to have casual married were widow. These women think they do not have virginity any longer. This makes them decide to have casual married. So these women involve trafficking in women. Trafficking in women can be classified as prostitution and mail order bride. More than anything else customary law, religion law and state law do not position woman which on an equal with men.This can be seen patriarchal values that from religion law adopted by customary and it becomes state policy that affect discrimination on women.
