Abstract :

This research aims to find out the significance effect of perceived transformational leadership onradio announcer's innovative behavior. Subjects in this research are 52 radio announcers whichbeen members of PRSSNI East Java in Surabaya that chosen by accidental sampling technique.Data was collected by questionnaire. This research used simple linier regression analysistechnique to examine the effect of perceived transformational leadership variable on radioannouncer's innovative behavior. F value in this research is 10,891 with 0,002 significance value.From this analysis, we can conclude that any significant effect between perceivedtransformational leadership on radio announcer's innovative behavior in this research (thisresearch used 0,05 significance level).
