Abstract :
This study aims to find out about the relationship between PCNU administrators and PKB DPC cadres in Gresik, especially in the 2015 regional head elections. This research background was motivated by the existence of a dynamic relationship between the two parties as a result of the political process in the 2015 regional election. The relationship between the two became a force in the 2015 local election by the DPC PKB Gresik Regency. Therefore the relationship between PCNU administrators and DPC PKB Gresik cadres had mutually dominating relations from regional elections in 2000 to 2015, all this time the PCNU management always tried to dominate but in 2010 DPC PKB cadres wanted to dominate the PCNU management and make their relations weaker so that PKB lost the election, in 2015 the PCNU administrators succeeded in re-dominating the DPC PKB cadres who eventually built stronger relations in the 2015 regional head elections in Gresik Regency. To find out how the relationship between PCNU administrators and DPC PKB cadres in Gresik Regency was used the theory of George Simmel's Social Relations, there were four focus of thought, the first is micro-level analysis of individual psychology in social life. The second is interpersonal relationship or interactions between individuals. The third is social and cultural structures, as well as changes that occur in these structures and the fourth is metaphysics. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The results showed that in measuring PCNU relationship and DPC PKB cadres using Triad theory, this was because of the two dominating each other in the community and DPC PKB and PCNU themselves. This can be seen in carrying out relations or collaborative relations between DPC PKB and PCNU, there are activities carried out in the field of religion, such as istigotsah, compensation to orphan, and routine studies (kajian rutin). In terms of politics, it can be seen that the DPC PKB was formed as a PCNU political forum so that PCNU only focused as an Islamic community organization, but it did not rule out that all DPC PKB activities always received support from PCNU because PCNU and DPC PKB are in a unity to build a better country because of the ideals to create benefit for people and also offer the best for Indonesia. This was realized by a coordination meeting conducted by DPC PKB and PCNU to discuss the political strategy going forward, helping to campaign or publish the candidates carried out by the DPC PKB and provide direction in accordance with Islamic Shariah.
