Abstract :
Electronic Journal Quality of Service is one of the service quality that is on digital form that forced librarians to always be able to interact with the www ( world wide web ) to meet the information needs of the user . The study, entitled "Quality of Electronic Services at the campus b Airlangga University Library ( Descriptive Study of electronic service quality in the campus library b journal aims to describe the quality of service at the university library electronic journal b views of some characteristic such as gender , age , etc. by using the method descriptive and quantitative decision- purposive sampling technique which amounts to 100 people . well as Interpret data using the theory - the theory of electronic service quality dimensions like Efficiency , Reliability, Responsiveness , fullfillment , Privacy . and the results in this study is the quality of service has been adequately describe the electronic journal issues there and was able to meet the needs of information desired by the user b Airlangga University campus library
