Abstract :
Mud crab (Scylla serrata) is one of fishery commodity with high economic value in which can be found in Indonesian water area such as brackish water for the most overgrew with mangrove. Mud crab belongs to be a favorite food because it is delicious taste and its nutrition contens like the other crustaceas. The purpose of this Field Job Practice was to get knowledge, experience and work skill also to know the problem of mud crab englargement (Scylla serrata). This Field Job Practice was held as KSU Tunas Mekar Nusantara of Cilacap Regency, East Java Province on 26 July - 6 September 2010. The Work Method that use in Field Job Practice was descriptive methode with data technique include primary and secondary data. Data conduct were conducted by observation, active participation, interview and literature study.
