Abstract :

This study examined the effect of regularity work behavior of employee  as an independent  variable against organizational culture of Jeneponto’s district government of  South Sulawesi Province in Indonesia. The data were collected from 119 employee by using questionners and to be analyzed with multiple regression. The result showed that the effect of dimensions of regularity of employee work behavior (such as pride, advicing each others, respect each others, friendshipness,  collectivism) had a positive significant influence  to organizational culture.  As the result, collectivism has  the dominant effect against organizational culture of Jeneponto’s district government of South Sulawesi Province.
