Abstract :
Asymmetrical relation produces an unequal interaction, just like in the domination relations between men and women. This relation is reproduced by generation to generation that makes violence and harassment seen as normal. Feminism study and feminism perspective becomes a movement because of the awareness of violence and harassment as an unfair, unequal, even it is a crime. Gender or sexual relationship in governance bureaucracy produces asymmetrical relationship so that women experience sexual harassment, and cynicism, furthermore women have to work harder when they want to have higher career or position.
