Abstract :

Evaluation study of SPK in several Police Department in East Java is an effort to stratify the service quality or to compare SPK unit service to the need of the community. Furthermore, this paper explores how far the police service has been used by the community. This evaluation study report is expected to be a strategic base both internally and externally in order to empower the personnel of Police Department to build positive image as a governmental institution which provides service to the community.
