Abstract :
This study aims to determine the users satisfaction of the library services faculties at the Padjadjaran University. The location of this research conducted in libraries Faculty of Communication Padjadjaran University. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. For data collection technique is done through questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. Based on the survey results revealed that the analysis of the expectations and the performance of the average yield on the five dimensions, namely reliability, speed, assurance, empathy and tangible aspects already there is a match between the expected services to the accepted meaning of the respondents use the services of the library faculty of Communication Sciences UNPAD had been satisfied with the service activities that have lasted.
