Abstract :

The main objective is to provide a digital library service that is relatively free, especially access to information on the user. Users will play a major role associated with the development of digital library systems. There are two types of users in the library environment that researchers and readers. Lack of attention from the human side of information processing led to slow development of digital libraries digital library in Indonesia because of its development have not considered the human factor. Opinions for human-centered approach in processing information, the processing system of information technology based digital library that is one way users receive, process and distribute information. In particular, the theory of information behavior requires more attention and proposed that the concept of digital library system must be expanded which includes human, information technology and information processing
