Abstract :

One effort to understand the utilization of technology by academic women, in carrying out the teaching-learning process and also the dedication and research ,where the capabilities and competencies are considered very important. The understanding of one's action was not only from the effect in itself, but the product of the consciousness of others. Berger's view of human action as the product of the process of internalization and externalization, and tend constructionist.
