Abstract :

Spatial City - District has many aspects including Transport Network , Telecommunication Network, Environmental Processing Systems Infrastructure, EnergyNetwork, Water Network, Capital Government, Urban Systems, Pattern Space Protected Area,Region Growing Space Pattern, Special Areas Space Pattern, Mining Space Regions PotentialPattern. Aspects of existing, under the Act ( the Act ) 26 of 2007 ( Article 13 ) and the Act No.14of 2008 on Information Public (IP).  To implement the Freedom of Information Law, government agencies both national andlocal shall prepare a list of publicly accessible information, such as information that must beprovided and published on a regular basis, as well as information that must be provided at alltimes, as mandated by the Freedom of Information Law . Thus the researchers had the idea tomake it a theme of research in the hope of fulfilling the government law. To achieve the goal , the authors use the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC ) with Spiral Life Cycle Model as described in the Methods section . The use of thismethod is suitable for the construction of an information system that will produce informativeinformation systems , interesting and can be viewed by the public whenever and wherever.
