Abstract :

The study is titled Elderly Speech Acts in Dormitory Maria Orphanage Bhakti LuhurFoundation Sidoarjo: Analysis Sosiopragmatik. This study aimed to describe the use of Indaksaid elderly and social factors that are described in the speech act elderly who are inBoarding Maria Yayasan Bhakti Luhur Orphanage Sidoarjo.Methods This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The research data collectionmethod is a method or methods of observation refer to using the basic techniques andtechniques tekni tapping proceeds to consider the technique involved conversation. Sourcesof data obtained from elderly conversations in dorm Maria Bhakti Luhur OrphanageFoundation Sidoarjo, lending books to the clerk's office with respect to data OrphanageFoundation and conducted on June 15 until August 25, 2013. Methods of data analysis usingsorting techniques match with the decisive element is the aggregated power pragmatic.Presentation of the results of the data analysis are presented informally.The first results of this research, locate and describe the use of speech acts consistingelderly locutions speech act, illocutionary and perlokusi. Illocutionary speech acts describedabove some functions of the speech act assertive, directive, expressive, and declarativecommissive. Results of the second study, the findings describe the data indicate that there aresocial factors on speech acts in the elderly Bhakti Luhur Orphanage Foundation Sidoarjo, ie,social status, education, economics, age, and gender.
