Abstract :
The research is aimed to find out metabolic product rumen fluid of sheep, given silage feed with Lactobacillus sp. suspension and yeast nor without Lactobacillus sp. suspension. Twelve male sheep age one year were divided into four treatments. The treatments were as followed: P0: King Grass 35%, Rice Straw 35%, Concentrate30%, Molasses and Water, P1: King Grass 35%, Rice Straw 35%, Concentrate 30%, Lactobacillus suspension, P2: King Grass 35%, Rice Straw 35%, Concentrate 30%, Molasses and Saccaromyces cerevicea, P3: King Grass 35%, Rice Straw 35%, concentrate 30%, Lactobacillus suspension and Saccaromyces cerevicea. Feed was given in three weeks. Blood protein and glucose level were examined at 4,6, and 24 hours post feeding. The result showed significant difference on blood protein and glucose level with P1 shows the highest blood protein level and the highest blood glucose level was shown at 4 hours post feeding.
