Historical teleology in secular perspective

Abstract :
Abstrak Teleologi sejarah adalah salah satu cabang penting dalam filsafat sejarah, yang meneliti berbagai tujuan sejarah, termasuk arah dan gerakan sejarah. Menurut perspektif teleologi sekuler, banyak perubahan yang terjadi dalam sejarah yang dipengaruhi oleh proses-proses dialektika materialisme. Perspektif sekuler sepenuhnya menggambarkan tujuan dan pergerakan sejarah berdasarkan penalaran rasio, yang antroposentris di alam, dan dibebaskan dari inspirasi agama. Para pengikut adalah filsuf dan pemikir dari zaman renaissance yang tumbuh di barat di masa lalu. Kemudian, para pemikir pencerahan hingga era modern, yang memiliki semua menekankan aspek humanistik dari fitur sejarah. Sejarah itu dimanfaatkan oleh mereka sebagai sarana untuk memperjuangkan nilai-nilai kebebasan, individualisme, kesetaraan, dan lain-lain. Kata kunci: filsafat, sekuler, teleologi Abstract Historical teleology is one of important branches in the historical philosophy, which examine various historical objectives, including the direction and movement of a history. According to the perspective of secular teleology, many changes occurring in the history is affected by the processes in struggling for materials. Secular perspective entirely describe the objective and movement of a history based on a ratio reasoning, which is anthropocentric in nature, and freed from religious inspirations. The followers are the philosophers and thinker of renaissance era which grew in west in the past. Then, the thinkers of enlightenment up to modern era, which have all emphasized the humanistic aspect of historical feature. The history was utilized by them as the means for struggling the freedom values, individualism, equality, and others.
