Abstract :

Combination of fructose at liquid semen as fucntion energy sourch for spermatozoa. The research was detecded quality of shepp’s sperm with combination of fructose to extract banana citrate. Quality of spermatozoa that’s viability, motility and membran integrity.  Semen obtained was divided into four, that it is: Citrate + 2% fructose (1.1 ml: 8.9 ml), 2% fructose Citrate + banana + citrate (1.1 ml: 5.9 ml: 3 ml), citrate + banana + 2% fructose citrate (1 , 1 ml: 4.45 ml: 4.45 ml), citrate + banana + 2% fructose citrate (1.1 ml: 3 ml: 5.9 ml). The design of the experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) with repeated 7 times for each treatment. Data were analyzed using Multivariate Analysis of Variant (MANOVA). The results showed thinning combination of banana and fructose fructose can be used as an alternative because of the plasma membrane integrity of spermatozoa with ability level viability and motility of spermatozoa during 4 days in the third thinning treatments, excluding the control. With the highest motility Citrate + banana + 2% fructose citrate (1.1 ml: 5.9 ml: 3 ml) followed by citric fruktosa2% + banana + citrate (1.1 ml: 4.45 ml: 4.45 ml ), citrate + banana + 2% fructose citrate (1.1 ml: 3 ml: 5.9 ml) and citrate + 2% fructose (1.1 ml: 8.9 ml) in a row is 45.29 ± 2.215 , 45.00 ± 3.000, 42.14 ± 3.078 and 25.29 ± 2.059. On the viability and plasma membrane intact spermatozoa showed significant differences between Citrate + 2% fructose (1.1 ml: 8.9 ml) with 2% fructose Citrate + banana + citrate (1.1 ml: 5.9 ml: 3 ml ), citric fruktosa2% + banana + citrate (1.1 ml: 4.45 ml: 4.45 ml), citrate + banana + 2% fructose citrate (1.1 ml: 3 ml: 5.9 ml).
